Alpha Nurse is a new online personal/magazine blog authored by a group of registered nurses. The main purpose of this blog is to become a guide of detoxifying the stressful life, not just of nurses, but also for everyone against the discord of our workplace.
Thus having a slogan of 'Being a Nurse and beyond', which tends to show the holistic aspect of being a nurse. Being a nurse is not just working in a hospital on an 8-hour shift but it is more of a calling and an opportunity of helping others.
Alpha Nurse will feature the following:
- NURSING DISCUSSIONS - this involves short lectures and notes about certain cases in various nursing concepts like Medical-Surgical Nursing, Maternal and Child Health Nursing etc.
- DRUG STUDY - pharmacology has a great role for us nurses, it is an external medium given to our patients which aid in their healing and recovery. We must be responsible in knowing the side effects and nursing management of each medications that we give.
- FREE EXAMS - we will provide you free exams which will aid you in passing various tests in the future (like Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination, NCLEX-RN etc)
- NURSING TIPS - has two options, either examination tips or nursing practice tips. This will give you an idea on making things easier so you would not complicate it.
